Sacred Drumming Session at The Muse with Andy and Olivia…

“The beating drum resembles the heartbeat of Mother Earth” In this taster session we will briefly explore the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, and by drumming rhythmically in unison, we aim to remember our lost connection to the Spirit of the Earth. The sounds and vibrations can also help to restore balance and promote our own healing. This session invites drummers of all ages/ No drumming experience required , just a willingness to hear., feel and lay the heartbeat.
